Red pillory with some ruby shade. Clean on the nose, with fruity aromas that integrate perfectly with notes of its passage through wood (vanilla, toasted tones, spices, licorice, truffles). Great structure in the mouth, fleshy, expressive, soft and broad, with well-integrated sweet tannins. Finish with long aromatic persistence.
Red and white meats. Small game, roasts, sausage stews, and cured and creamy cheeses.
