Montecillo Blanco Fermantado en Barrica White wine
Montecillo Blanco Fermantado en Barrica is a unique and different white wine. It is made from three varieties: Viura, Tempranillo Blanco and Sauvignon Blanc, which are made separately in new French oak barrels. The 5-month work in contact with its lees gives it creaminess and excellent volume in the mouth. The fruit of more than 150 years of experience and know-how.
Color: Pale yellow with greenish reflections, you can clearly see the glycerin and its density in the movement of the cup.
Nose: The Sauvignon Blanc variety predominates at the beginning, with notes of passion fruit and grapefruit. As it airs, a fresh pear and acacia blossom appear, all surrounded by a light toast and notes of pastry. Tremendously deceiving.
Mouth: The constant and delicate work with the lees, together with the essence of the varietals, makes us have a wide, powerful, round and very long white wine. It is a white wine to enjoy, with an elegant acidity that assembles the whole set where the fruit in the retronasal appears very strongly and continues to trap us.
