Caramulo Red wine

Caramulo is a red wine from the DO Vinos de Madrid, made with grapes of the Tempranillo, Syrah and Grenache varieties. A young red wine with an ageing of 40% fermented in a barrel and the rest in a concrete tank.

Colour: Half-layer pillory red with purple touches typical of his youth.

Nose: Fruit aromas with certain very subtle floral touches that make it very complex and attractive.

Mouth: Fill your mouth with red and black fruit (blackberry). Perfectly assembled polished tannin. Depth and mineral touch of its ageing in concrete.

Young reds, like this one, offer good company to all kinds of chacinas, cheeses and preserves. Ideal with tapas and snacks.
