Cantos del Diablo Red wine

Cantos del Diablo is a plot wine made with Grenache grapes and with the Méntrida designation of origin. Cantos del Diablo is a one-hectare half plot of vineyards over 60 years old located near the village of El Real de SanVicente in Méntrida. A combination of sparsely planted vines, exposure, climate,and the age of the vines makes yields here quite low.

Colour: It has a purple hue with a high layer.

Nose: The predominant aroma is ripe red fruit full of freshness to which are added certain floral and spicy notes as well as a very light balsamic component.

Mouth: We find a wine with fine tannins very well integrated in which the freshness and pleasant sweetness of ripe fruits predominate.

Red meat and game dishes, but it stands out especially as an accompaniment to stews, legumes and stews.
