Cantagrillos Cava
The grapes are harvested by hand and taken to the winery where they are gently pressed. The wort is cooled to cause the sedimentation of impurities. The classic alcoholic fermentation takes place very slowly at 14 ºC - 16 ºC for 2 weeks. Once finished, the wine is left to rest on its lees to achieve greater volume in the mouth and complexity, then the second fermentation takes place in pressurized tanks to avoid the loss of CO2. Finally, the wine is filtered and bottled.
With a clean and shiny appearance with yellowish tones and greenish hues, there is a fine bubble that rises forming rosaries. The nose is clean and attractive with floral, honey and fruity notes, mainly apples and citrus. The bubble is very well integrated into the wine, its balanced acidity makes it a very pleasant wine to drink, fresh and persistent on the palate.
Ideal to consume without food, with appetizers, seafood, fish and salads, as well as at the end of a meal.
