Canals Nubiola Nature Vintage Cava

Ageing from 2 to 2.5 years. Always at a constant temperature between 12 -14ºC in the darkness of our underground cellars sheltered from light and noise.

Golden yellow color and tiny bubbles. Its mild taste has a touch of moderate acidity, which is balanced with carbonic. On the nose it is not an intense wine, fruity touches of citrus, apple and nuts that accompany the mineral notes and wet cave.

Fresh on the palate, perfect to taste in summer and warm climates, it has a cleaner retronasal touch in which experts can perceive the yeasts along with some of the aromas that are perceived on the nose.
