Boada Red wine

Boada Roble is the youngest wine in the Boada Campo de Bueyes range, inspired by the group's first winery in the Ribera del Duero in Boada de Roa (Burgos).

A classic Ribera perfect as an aperitif or for tapas. We use local Tempranillo grapes from 20-30 year old vineyards. The wine spends at least 6 months in French and American oak barrels, and another 6 months resting in the bottle before going on the market.

Red cherry with purple blue notal. Powerful on the nose, with aromas of ripe red fruits (blackberry, currant) together with a subtle complexity provided by the oak (vanilla, spices, roasted). Soft, velvety texture with a finish and aftertaste of berries and vanilla.

Red and white meats, small game, roasts, meat stews, cured and creamy sausages and cheeses.
