Bicicletas y Peces Verdejo is an organic and ecological white wine, with Rueda designation of origin. 100% Verdejo from organic vineyards originating in Aldea Nueva del Codonal, Segovia. Vinification in stainless steel tanks under controlled temperature, remaining in stainless steel tanks until bottling.

Hints of white flowers and fresh fruit, with tropical notes. Mineral, tasty and very easy to drink. On the palate it is balanced with mineral and spicy notes, with refreshing acidity.

Fish, seafood, soft cheeses, salads, potatoes, white meats.
