
Bestué Calabeso Rosado Rose wine
Bestué Calabeso Rosado is a wine with a Somontano designation of origin and made with Grenache, Syrah and Riesling grapes.
Harvest: takes place in mid late August. Early morning pick-up (Looking for the lowest temperature 10ºC). Extraction of the must by direct press avoiding prolonged contact with skins, skins, nuggets...etc.
Fermentation: in stainless steel tanks at low temperatures (16ºC-18ºC) to achieve the maximum freshness and lightness possible.
Colour: Brass with pale pink and orange glows.
Nose: Elegant fruity and citrus aromas among which we can highlight notes of stone fruit, red fruit and flowers.
Mouth: It stands out for its lightness, volume and freshness. It is a long-drinking rosé wine with a lot of personality thanks to its marked persistence and balanced acidity
It is ideal for cupping on bars, light tapas, rice dishes, or picapicas
