Bermejo Diego Seco is a Canarian wine with Lanzarote designation of origin. The vineyards on the island of Lanzarote are planted in holes, sometimes up to 4m deep, dug into the porous volcanic sand known as picón. Plants grow in them trying to conserve as much moisture as possible for the life of the plant, in a creeping way, in a soil where phylloxera cannot live and with very low yields. Winemaking and Aging: the Diego grape is treated with special care as its thick skin can provide herbaceous aromas to the wine. Fermentation in stainless steel vats at low temperatures, to extract the aromatic potential of the wine.

Abundant notes of jasmine, anise and grass. Fleshy, glyceric and fresh.

Seafood such as limpets so typical of the Canary Islands, grilled fish or traditional \"Papas arrugás\" seasoned with the traditional coriander mojo sauce, and in general dishes that contain fresh aromatic herbs such as basil.
