Abel Mendoza Jarrarte Maceración Carbónica Red wine

Abel Mendoza Jarrarte Maceración Carbónica is a young red wine with a Rioja designation of origin and made with 100% Tempranillo grapes.

Manual harvest in our own vineyard. The wine is made from the whole bunches of grapes. The bunch of grapes ferments whole in a concrete press.

Colour: Bright red with bluish hues.

Aroma: Red fruits, strawberries and raspberry. Memories of roses and violets.

Taste: Silky and warm. Mild with good acidity.

Snacks in general, rice, white meat and pasta. It is advisable to take it fresh at about 14 degrees. Suitable for tasting on warm days at noon and as an afternoon wine with skewers and portions.
