8000 Marqués de Burgos

8000 Marqués de Burgos was born from a selection of tiny plots of centenary vineyards with very low productions worked manually. Harvest in small boxes followed by which they are then chosen by hand on selection tables. Aged for 16 months in fine-grained and refined French new oak barrels for 12 months in the bottle.

Intense pillory color. Aromas of red and black fruit (blackberries, blueberries) with notes of peppermint, scrubland, toasted and cocoa. In the mouth it is sweet and enveloping, leaving a long aftertaste.

Meat carpaccios, spicy dishes and red meats.
