L'Ermita is a red wine from the DO Priorat, made by Álvaro Palacios with grapes of the varieties: Grenache 92%, Carignan 7% and White Varieties 1%: White Grenache, Macabeo and PX.
The vines are born from a greenish, cold and beautiful slate. Or they emerge on granite and sandstone promontories that glow on the slope. Magical minerality of inscrutable strength.
