The D.O. is characterized by hot and dry summers and cold winters and presents considerable thermal oscillations, up to 30º during the ripening season.
Their wines come from native vines that adapt very well to the soils of the area. Among them we distinguish three types: slate and schist, suitable during times of drought; granitic and sandy, from the degradation of granitic rocks, have low pH; and sedimentary, complex due to the mixture of materials.
In sight lemon yellow color.
On the nose, the citrus fruit stands out with fruity aromas and floral touch.
In the mouth it is fresh, wide and glyceric. Very sweet tooth with good balance and structure.
