Ostatu Red wine

Cold pre-fermentation maceration. Alcoholic fermentation in tank of reduced capacity, while 13 days with a maximum temperature of 26°. A part with carbonic maceration of whole grape and the rest stemmed. Malolactic fermentation in stainless steel tanks. 12 months of permanence in the barrel. The wine has not undergone any stabilization process. Lightly filtered before bottling.

Bright red Ruby. It gives us a very fruity nose, with much freshness, balsamic notes and recollections of spices such as black pepper. Entry in mouth is soft and the mouth is cheerful and fresh, leaving us with the fruity and pleasant feeling of balanced body featuring notes of juicy red fruit (raspberry, cherry) and a touch of licorice.

Roast lamb, vegetables, sausages, beef, veal Goulash, semi-cured cheese.
