Las Tintas Organic wine

Foot of the mountain at about 900 m altitude. Sandy limestone soils. Organic agriculture following biodynamic guidelines and maximum respect for nature. Ecological and sustainable viticulture. Manual harvest in boxes of 10 kg and directly to the cold room to lower the grapes as soon as possible to 2 degrees.

Elaboration and Aging: After 2 days of maceration of the whole grape in cold we proceed to a crushing and partial destemming passing the must with its skins to a stainless steel tank. We obtain a spontaneous fermentation only using its own natural yeasts and macerating about 30 days with the skins.

We pass the wine to French burgundy barrels of 500 and 600 L for an aging of 9 months.

Dark cherry red with a high layer. Intense and powerful aroma with notes of red fruits, cherry and plum and caramel toast. In the mouth it is enveloping, friendly, with soft tannin, without astringency.
