La Atalaya del Camino Cuvée Especial Red wine

Winemaking takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature. Once the maceration-fermentation process is finished, the wine is racked into barrels for aging.

Aged in French oak barrels.

Nose: Very aromatic, fresh and fruity with ripe notes, blackberry, aromatic herbs and floral notes.

Palate: Elegant, fruity, good tannins full of power but without losing freshness to the wine.

Short and medium cured cheeses, legumes, stews and meat stews, rice, mushrooms, sausages, pig's snouts and shoulders, assorted roasts, white and red meats in sauce, grilled or grilled.
