After the destemming of the bunches and the pressing of the grapes, the must is allowed to cool, before fermentation, for 14 days at 18C.

Straw yellow color, which stands out for its cleanliness and freshness. In the mouth it is glyceric and fruity. Clean and fresh intense aroma with notes of tropical fruits.

It is recommended to pair with rice and white fish.
