Ermita D'Espiells White wine

Classic white of the Penedès, made from a balanced blend of the flower must of the three traditional varieties of the vineyards of Espiells, La Cuscona and Mediona, with a small touch of chardonnay that gives it distinction.

Yellow, clean and pale, it is distinguished by its frank aromas of pear and apple, on a subtle floral and herbaceous background. In the mouth it is unctuous and balanced, refreshing and evocative.

Harmonizes perfectly with appetizers, rice, pasta, sausages, soft cheeses, stews, fish, seafood and Japanese cuisine.
