875 M Finca Carbonera Tempranillo Red wine

The Tempranillo grapes from Finca Carbonera are harvested manually and transported to the winery. During the alcoholic fermentation process, gentle extractions take place to give priority to the delicate aromatic component of the variety. After the alcoholic fermentation, malolactic fermentation takes place in barrels, in order to seek the perfect integration of the tannins. Later it finishes its refinement by means of a stay in new American and French oak barrels for 9 months.

Intense and fresh wine, with good acidity, and delicate aromas of cherry and red fruit combined with mocha and cocoa and long a balsamic finish.

Grilled red meats, sausages and cured cheeses.
