Txakolí Marqués de Riscal White wine

Marqués de Riscal enters the D.O. Getariako Txakolina with this modern txakoli both in its elaboration and in its design.

This white wine is made from Hondarrabi Zuri grapes, characteristic of this denomination of origin, planted in 2007 and grown by the trellis system on the Upaingoa farm in the Gipuzkoan municipality of Oñati. The aging in deposit with its lees for 6 months undoubtedly gives it an aromatic singularity and freshness with great personality.

A wine of great aging with good evolution in the bottle for 3 or 4 years.

Nice greenish yellow color.

It offers aromas of white fruits (pear, apple) and citrus (grapefruit). Subtle herbaceous and floral notes are also perceived.

In the mouth it is very fresh, with a very integrated acidity, with body and volume enhanced by the work done with its lees.

Long, enveloping, aromatic and very persistent finish.

This wine pairs with seafood, all kinds of fish including fatty, white meats, uncured cheeses.
