Rosae Arzuaga Rose wine

Rosae Arzuaga is a rosé wine made only with Tempranillo grapes from our own vineyards certified in Organic located in the Olivares de Duero páramo, plots located at more than 900m above sea level. Very special estates for their uniqueness of stony limestone land, vineyards from a selection of own strains

Colour: Very pale cutter with nude trims. Clean and bright.

Nose: High aromatic intensity; where notes of fruits of different ranges, acid red fruits stand out, predominantly strawberries and raspberries as well as shades of peach and passion fruit that give it a sweet and pleasant character. Lactic notes and shades of white gold.

Mouth: Soft entry, fresh thanks to the acidity and honey. An unctuous sensation in the mouth that lasts until a retronasal where the red fruits are marked and a slight citrus and oral tone.

This wine can have a perfect harmony with countless dishes such as vegetable cream, both sea and mountain rice, seafood, fried fish and sauces, charcuterie, white meats and roasted poultry as well as sushi or sashimi dishes.
