Pago Finca Élez Tinto - Organic Wine is a wine made with the Cencibel, Syrah and Merlot varieties. Malolactic fermentation in stainless steel tanks and finished in French oak barrels. Subsequent assembly of selected barrels with the varieties represented.

It surprises with its freshness and elegance, with lively tannins that are at the same time enveloping and velvety. Its acidity gives it freshness and harmonizes with aromas of berries, ripe red and black fruit, dairy notes and a smoky background. The finish is long and silky with a personality characteristic of high-altitude wines.
