Pago Finca Élez Syrah - Vinos Históricos Organic wine

The maturity of this wine of the 2009 vintage and its evolution allow more subtle nuances to emerge, such as the minerality characteristic of Finca Élez wines. Aged 29 months in French barrels. In particular, this series of historic wines represents Manuel Manzaneque's legacy through a selection of his finest elaborations.

Bright blonde red color with intense, fresh and attractive aromas of red fruits, well balanced with wood. Mineral and spicy hints of pepper and rosemary.

On the palate it is fresh and round, with a long finish, marked by complexity and the very good balance between fruit, wood and acidity. It is long and round and altogether an excellent representative of a Syrah monovarietal.
