Pago Finca Élez Syrah - Vinos Históricos Red wine

The maturity of Pago Finca Élez Syrah from the 2009 vintage and its evolution allow more subtle nuances to emerge, such as the characteristic minerality of Finca Élez wines. Aged 29 months in French barrel.

In particular, this series of historic wines represents the legacy of Manuel Manzaneque through a selection of his best elaborations.

Bright ruby red colour with intense, fresh and attractive aromas of red fruits, well balanced with wood. Mineral and spicy touches of pepper and rosemary.

On the palate it is fresh and round, with a long finish, marked by complexity and a very good balance between fruit, wood and acidity. It is long and round and together an excellent representative of a Syrah monovarietal.
