In the mouth it has the typical style of rosé, non-alcoholic, light but with a great balance between smoothness, resulting from careful vinification and well-balanced acidity.
Ideal as an aperitif and with raw fish, White fish carpaccio, pasta with sea urchins, salami or Iberian acorn ham, salad with chicken, olives and lemon, sweet and sour pumpkin, fried seafood, pasta with fish roe and artichokes fried.
