Altos de Tamarón Red wine
The grapes are carefully selected and picked by hand. The fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature between 26-28ºC to ensure optimum aromatic potential before undergoing a 10-day maceration process. This ensures that the wine acquires its characteristic color and polished tannins. Finally, the wine rests 24 months in French and American oak barrels before bottling. The bottles continue their ripening process for 3 years to guarantee a complete and harmonious maturity.
Intense cherry red color with ocher nuances. This wine exhibits elegant and powerful aromas of black pepper, sweet spices and ripe plums. The palate is balanced and harmonious.
