Vinification: Fermentation malolactic in stainless steel and aged for 6 months in barrels of French oak for 500 - 600L.

In this project the winery counts with the collaboration of the prestigious winemaker Jose Luis Chueca, architect of the Garnacha grapes for Bodegas Alto Moncayo and wineries Pandora. Our challenge was to develop the first wine 100% Grenache from the Sierras de Málaga do.

The origin of these grapes are vineyards round of an average of 25 years of organic viticulture certification process, located 700 metres of altitude.

The climate of the area is continental, with high thermal differences between the night and the day, and very cold winters and very hot summers.

The soil is sandy, composed of clay and silt.

Grape is harvested in mid-September, handmade, they moved in boxes of 10-15 kg. In hold go through selection table.

This wine is a joint collaboration of winemakers Jose Luis Chueca and Alistair Gardner.
