Min Priorat Red wine

FERMENTATION: Stainless steel tanks. Fermentation controlled between 25 - 27 ° C. Each variety separately. 8 days of Skin maceration, (with the grape skin).

Ageing: 10 months in casks medium toast.

Red colour, bright and clear with blue piping. Fresh scent very intense black fruit, prunes, cranberries, balsamic notes of dark chocolate and cocoa, minerality, licorice, tobacco box. Entrance fresh and ample, full-bodied on the palate, elegant and penetrating. Long aftertaste.
