Mestizaje Blanco Organic wine

Mestizaje Blanco is born in a Mediterranean mountain vineyard, surrounded by pines, holm oaks, and olive trees on the edges, on a blanket of rosemary, fennel and thyme.

Mestizaje Blanco is made with Viognier, Merseguera and Malvasia grapes. Its aging is on its fine lees in stainless steel tanks.

Bright yellow color. Medium-high aromatic intensity, expressive, notes of white flower, light citrus touches and notes of honey. Very pleasant entry, sensation of freshness, creamy center with volume, sweet and with a long finish, with Mediterranean character.

Appetizers, salads, seafood, fish, pasta and rice.
