Ladrón de Lunas Red wine

Ladrón de Lunas is a wine made from the grapes of our oldest Bobal vineyards, grown at an altitude of more than 900 metres.

Pre-fermentation maceration for 3 days and controlled fermentation for 7 more.

The wine has been aged in American oak barrels for 12 months.

A wine with an intense brick red colour with soft violet reflections.

With still primary aromas reminiscent of red fruits softened by a hint of vanilla given by aging.

The body stands out in its mouth, which is ripe tannins, unctuous, with a glyceric and long aftertaste.

Duck breast, guinea fowl stuffed with foie gras and baked poultry in general. Lamb ribs with prunes. Rabbit's trotters with snails and shovels.
