Komokabras Rose D-Mencial Rose wine

Grapes from a single estate (xistos, xabre and granitic soils) in the region of Barbanza and Iria in. where rosés are not yet authorized, so it does not come under the protection of the I.G.P. The bunches are destemmed and left to macerate for 3.5 hours before pressing. Fermentations in stainless steel. and then bottled after a few months of resting. A fresh and direct rosé that does not overwhelm with simple aromas of fruits.
