Aged 12 months in barrels of French oak

Color. Violet intense and bright, with the tonal characteristics of all our syrah. The Cup is lively with high layer.

Aroma. Luxuriant, profuse nose aromas of tropical fruits such as papaya or Cherimoya decorated with mimosa flower. Its elegant spicy shades of Marjoram culminate in subtle roasted nuances.

Mouth. It begins soft, with an unctuous evolution and fine and silky texture of tannins denoting nobility.

Soft starters, moussaka, roasted red meats, soft cheeses, Jamon Iberico de Bellota.
