Garnacha Salvaje del Moncayo Red wine

Vineyards located in an elevated interfluvial, on the north face of the Moncayo at 810 m. altitude. Stony ground with a high percentage of slate and pebbles. Manual harvest during the third week of October. • Preparation: Fermentation at less than 25oC in stainless steel tanks and maceration for 2 weeks. Aged for 5 months in French oak barrels. Visual: Maroon cherry colour, bright and with young trim. Nose: Aromas of red fruit, wild berries and a vegetable touch. Mouth: Tasty, balanced, very fruity, predominantly strawberries and raspberries, and a sweet finish. Complex salads, sheep's cheeses, white meats with sauce, roast lamb, cold cuts, risottos, roasts, meat rice.
