Fermentation in French oak barrels with controlled temperature for Grenache Blanche. The wine is stored in stainless steel for 6 months.

Light filtering before bottling.

White wine of pale gold color with green reflections that denotes still youth. Clean and bright.

Intense aromas of white and yellow fruits, with a background of freshly cut grass and an aniseed finish.

Entrance in fresh mouth with great tour appearing yellow fruit such as peaches or apricots and white fruit such as pears. Pleasant finish, spicy and mineral.
