For the realization of this wine, 5 wineries have been recovered and restored in the sixteenth century, in order to elaborate and raise the wines with the philosophy, tradition and wisdom of the winemakers of the area. The natural conditions of these underground drafts provide the tools for the production of wines in cement and subsequent aging both in wood and in the cement itself.

On the nose it has intense aromas of strawberry and raspberry.

Intense taste in the mouth. It leaves us a memory of red fruit.

The ending recalls again the fruity notes that we saw on the nose.
