Disfrutar 0,0 Red is the result of a very careful dealcoholization, in the installation designed for this purpose within the winery itself, of the wine of the Monastrell and Syrah variety that has been made with this sole objective: to achieve a quality red that maintains the original character of the wine from which it comes. Vinification, dealcoholization and subsequent storage in stainless steel tanks with a controlled temperature until bottling.

Cherry red wine of good intensity, on the nose very attractive aromas of red fruits, aromatic herbs and spices stand out, with hints of ripe fruit. Very elegant and with a significant fruit load, it is balanced and vibrant.

Salads with mild dressing, stews and stews, gelatinous meats, pasta, mushrooms, charcuterie, blue and white fish, soft and creamy cheeses, goat cheeses, white and red meats, roast lamb and pork.
