Zoe Albariño White wine

After the harvest hand starts the traditional vinification with cold maceration during 3 days and fermentation in stainless steel tanks.

Offers a bright straw yellow colour. Fruit and floral aromas, hints of menthol and mineral are appreciated. In mouth is a wine with body and a balanced acidity, with hints of citrus and a long aftertaste.

Cream cold, rice, seafood and fish.
