Win 5.0 Verdejo Frizzante White wine

Grupo Matarromera, a wine company at the forefront of innovation in the production of wines and non-alcoholic wines, launches to the market Win 5 .0, a fresh, frizzante and low-alcohol Verdejo, whose objective is to conquer the feminine palate. WIN 5.0 is made from grapes 90% of the Verdejo variety and 10% of the Sauvignon Blanc variety, from the vineyards that the company has in the Denomination of Origin Rueda. Its production is possible thanks to a special care in the harvest process, a preservation of the wort at low temperatures and fermentation at 5.0 degrees of alcohol, which allows to maintain the CO2 of the fermentation itself. This fresh wine retains the acidity characteristic of the Verdejo variety but acquires a natural sweetness that makes it a verdejo with more tropical aromas. WIN 5.0 has a straw yellow color, is clean and very bright. On the nose you can see typical aromas of the Verdejo variety such as green apple, citrus notes, white flowers, rose petals and tropical fruits (pineapple, passion fruit...). On the palate it is powerful, very refreshing and with a long and long finish.
