Viñas de Anna Blanc de Blancs White wine

Chardonnay grapes come from different plots, with different soils and exposures; the purpose is to get a mixture with several registers, which give us texture, body, freshness and sweetness. This differentiation allows us to achieve a wine with exceptional qualities while maintaining the expression of the fruit.

The grapes arrive at the winery during the night, at low temperatures, to preserve the aromas of the variety and avoid unwanted oxidations. An immediate pressing is carried out and then, for 24 to 48 h, proceed to a natural clarification at low temperature. Once the must is cleaned, it is transferred to a stainless steel tank with a cold system to carry out a controlled fermentation between 16º to 18º C. After the alcoholic fermentation, the different tanks are mixed according to the o winemaker's indication to achieve the definitive cupada.

Appearance: bright yellow color with greenish reflections.

On the nose: different aromas appear in the wine, from white flowers such as orange blossom, which comes from the Moscato variety, tropical fruit such as lychee or pineapple and sweet notes of vanilla that comes from fermentation in barrels.

In the mouth: enveloping sensation throughout the mouth with a fresh finish. It is an intense wine at the beginning, with a floral appearance. During the wine tour, the tropical fruit found on the nose appears, along with a ripe fruit such as the peach. The end of the mouth is fresh for the citrus notes adorned with spicy and sweet nuances.

White meats, fish, seafood, rice, and pasta. Ideal for Asian cuisines such as Japanese and Thai, tempuras and grilled vegetables.
