In the places of El Matorral ”and El Rubial” the 5.5 hectares of old vineyard are located with which this high expression Bobal is made. The strains, subjected to extreme stress viticulture, barely produce 2kg per plant. After careful traditional production and aging for 24 months in French and American oak, this wine acquires a structure and personality that guarantee its longevity.

COLOR: Extremely lively and clean ruby red with light and bright violet reflections.

AROMA: Toasted notes, coffee with milk, red berries and cherries with mentholated memories combined with the elegance of the whipped cream and chocolates.

FLAVOR: With a fully integrated fine and polished tannin, it is fruity but serious with hints of toffee. Wide and balanced wine is the essence of bobal with the terroir as the main protagonist.
