Señorío del Bierzo Mencía Centenaria Red wine

Vinification: Cold maceration of the grapes for 3 to 5 days. Alcoholic fermentation was carried out with whole grapes and 25% stems in concrete tanks with gentle sprays for 25 days. Malolactic fermentation for 14 days.

Aging: Aged for 14 months in French oak barrels.

Appearance: Garnet red, burgundy trim.

Nose: Frank, clean, intense and fruity tones.

Palate: Entry into the mouth with power, tannins to round off

Grilled meats, roast lamb, sirloin steak and also suitable for Iberian sausages and cured cheeses.
