Señorío de Nava Rosado Rose wine

Extraction of the wort by bleeding after maceration with the skin of 12 hours at a temperature of 15oC. Fermented at 18oC in stainless steel tanks for 12 days. It is then stabilized and bottled. Wine with a bright cherry colour with aromas of strawberry, raspberry and fresh cherry. On the palate it is tasty, showing a natural and delicate acidity, balanced with an excellent concentration and a long finish. • Rosé wine ideal to accompany eggs, pastas, light meat making and lightly prepared white fish.
