Pago Finca Élez Tinto - Vino Ecológico Organic wine

Finca Élez 2020 is a wine made with the varieties Cencibel, Syrah and Merlot. Malolactic fermentation in stainless steel tanks and finished in French oak barrels. Subsequent assembly of selected barrels with the varieties represented.

It surprises with its freshness and elegance, with lively tannins while enveloping and velvety. Its acidity gives it freshness and harmonizes with aromas of berries, ripe red and black fruit, dairy notes and smoky background. The finish is long and silky with a personality characteristic of high altitude wines.
