Aging, obligatorily, in wineries located in Sanlucar de Barrameda, whose microclimate does, if possible, more sharp and saline than the fine.

Wine of golden color, very bright pale gold. Intense pungent aroma, reminiscent of the "flower", almond notes. Delicate but with body, character and very elegant in the mouth, a lot of retronasal persistence.

At any time as an appetizer and accompanying seafood, fish and light dishes.
