Martúe Syrah Red wine

Martúe Syrah is made 100% with Syrah grapes from our Campo Martue la and El Casar de La Guardia farms. Traditional fermentation with daily pumping over. Then, 20 days of maceration in tank with the skins. The wine ferments and remains for 15 months in French (80%) and American (20%) oak barrels.

Cherry red colour with a bluish rim that reminds us of jelly beans, flowers, smoked and intense toasting of the barrel. On the palate it is firm and with marked tannins that make it lively.

Balances well with meat potato or feather game stews.
