Las Violetas Red wine

Vinification: spontaneous alcoholic fermentation, in a concrete tank, 15% whole bunch, with temperatures between 18-26 ºC. Once finished, it was discovered in stainless steel and then passed to a 100 hl vat of Slovenian wood (Mastro Bottaio cooperage) where the wine rests for 14 months and performs the malolactic. In November the wine is transferred and filtered only once.

Cherry color with medium-low layer very bright and clear. the floral notes stand out, its Mediterranean character with spicy nose and muscular and intense mouth, delicate, elegant sensation and that promises a very good evolution in the bottle.
