Wine from the grapes of our oldest vineyards of bobal, grown at an altitude of more than 900 meters.

Prefermentative maceration for 3 days and controlled fermentation for 7 more.

The wine has been aged in American oak barrels for 12 months.

A wine of an intense shingle red color with soft violet reflections.

With still primary aromas reminiscent of red fruits softened by a vanilla touch given by aging.

It highlights the body in its mouth that is ripe tannin, it is unctuous, with a glyceric and long aftertaste.

Duck magret, painted stuffed with foie gras and baked birds in general. Lamb chops with prunes. Rabbit hands with snails and bollones.
