La Orquesta White wine

Vinification: part of the wine fermentation and aging in wood foudres with its lees and the other half fermentation in stainless steel tanks. and aging with its lees in clay amphorae of 750 liters for 12 months in both cases.

Bright straw yellow color, clean, with greenish reflections.

Elegant, complex aroma, notes of fennel, scrubland, along with hints of nuts, apricot, grapefruit and hints of wax and honey. Good structure in the mouth, dense, unctuous and creamy compensated with a very good acidity, elegant, very pleasant and persistent.

It is a wine that must be given time in the glass, with volume and depth, with a lot of personality.

Suitable to consume accompanying dishes such as sausages, fish, rice, pasta, cheeses, white meats.
