Gaintza Txakolina

It is a traditional and authentic wine. It has a light alcohol content with a balanced acidity and great expression. From the best vineyards in the region comes this wine, the most expressive of the winery and with an unmistakable personality of salinity and Atlantic influence.

Pale yellow color with greenish reflections. In the glass it is bright and clean. Presence of very fine bubbles due to the process of elaboration at low temperature.

Combination of clean aromas with herbaceous notes. It highlights the aroma of white fruit such as green apple and has a background of lemon citrus.

Explosion of freshness and intensity. Slight bubble tip and a very integrated acidity. In the mouth it is pleasant providing a fresh sensation with citrus notes.

Ideal to accompany appetizers, appetizers, seafood, fish, white meats, grilled vegetables or Japanese food.
